We create new pathways for solutions across the education and workforce landscape by offering strategies, support, and expert guidance to visionaries, entrepreneurs, and businesses.

Heather Terenzio, Director
Heather Terenzio is the director of partnerships and entrepreneurial initiatives at JFFLabs. She oversees the JFF Career Navigation Accelerator cohort, which supports entrepreneurs who offer career navigation services and solutions to members of underserved communities.
Eshwar Eswaran, Director
Eshwar Eswaran is the director of data services at JFFLabs. He helps equip the workforce system with data tools and infrastructure to enable organizations, workers, and learners to make informed decisions.
Tiffany Hsieh, Director
Tiffany Hsieh is director of innovation programs at JFFLabs. She works with innovative organizations to test and scale new models for learning and workforce development.
Charlene Volk, Director
Charlene Volk is director of learner success at JFFLabs. She oversees the My Pathway to Achieving Career Excellence (MyPACE) contract, part of the U.S. Department of Labor’s workforce training program, which transforms the lives of young people ages 16-24.
