JFFLabs Executive Director Kristina Francis in “Walmart and Target Up the Ante With ‘Free College’ for Employees”
JFFLabs Executive Director Kristina Francis was quoted in a recent Work Shift article about the trend of big companies offering their employees generous tuition benefits.
“Employer-sponsored education benefits drive equitable economic well-being,” Francis told Work Shift, but she added that employers also have to be intentional about pairing education support with pathways for advancement.
