A growing movement is reshaping the way companies invest in the well-being and equitable advancement of their employees, and JFF is supporting leaders at its center. To help improve this crucial part of our work, in an article posted on LinkedIn, Will Dorsey Eden, deputy director, JFF introduced Janice Omadeke, the founder and CEO of Mentor Method, an ETF@JFFLabs portfolio company, as JFF’s new innovation fellow. Supported in partnership with IBM, Omadeke will research high-impact strategies employers can leverage to increase the number of people who are underrepresented in corporations, including Black and Latinx people of all racial backgrounds.

This year, the alignment between ETF@JFFLabs’ wraparound services impact area, one of four that guides our investment strategy, and Mentor Method’s proven model, led to JFF’s impact fund joining a seed round to invest in the company. The ETF@JFFLabs team is proud to support Mentor Method’s growth, and excited to expand the impact she’s leading with JFF.
