If you imagine a future where every worker can thrive—your story belongs here.

“We were thrilled with our collaboration with The Studio at JFF — they captured our story beautifully, and the video is already driving engagement across our channels. We’ve shared it on social, added it to our website, and will feature it in upcoming outreach.

The process was seamless, creative, and perfectly aligned with our mission. We couldn’t be happier with the partnership and look forward to continuing to tell CMC’s story together.

Our Work

Quality Jobs

A national campaign to elevate urgency around American workers’ lack of access to quality jobs, this campaign is a strategic partnership with Gallup, the Families & Workers Fund, and the W.E. Upjohn Institute to build and test an equity-centered narrative.

Following a comprehensive research initiative, which included a national scan, employer focus groups, and stakeholder engagement, the campaign content was launched with worker stories, data-driven visuals, and messaging that linked personal experiences to economic impact. Distribution across earned, paid, organic, and partner channels, including CNN, Fast Company, Business Insider, and a national PSA.

Impact and Results: Billions of impressions, 240% increase in share of voice, thousands of downloads, broad cross-sector reach.

Award Recognition: PR News finalist, multiple Shorty Impact and Anthem Award nominations.

Colorado Mountain College

Colorado Mountain College (CMC) sought to strengthen its institutional narrative and highlight its groundbreaking work reimagining teacher education, apprenticeships, and apprenticeship pathways across 11 campuses. Facing tight timelines and dispersed audiences ahead of a key board meeting, CMC partnered with The Studio at JFF to produce high-quality, audience-aligned storytelling content that could elevate visibility with funders, school districts, and statewide stakeholders.

JFF’s Studio created a cohesive suite of storytelling assets—including a 2–3 minute anchor video, tailored calls to action, short-form social cutdowns, and a written article—supported by a coordinated distribution strategy. This approach brought clarity, emotion, and relevance to CMC’s message and helped amplify its grantee initiatives across multiple channels.

Impact and Results: Multi-channel amplification through JFF, WorkingNation, and CMC platforms reached priority audiences across Colorado. Enhanced visibility positioned CMC as a statewide leader in workforce development and teacher education. The produced assets enabled CMC to effectively showcase the value and impact of its apprenticeship and education pathways to funders, school districts, and community stakeholders.
