William Turner is an associate vice president in the Workforce & Regional Economies Practice at JFF. He leads the integration of the Rework America Alliance and JFF.  

His skills and areas of expertise include:

Before joining JFF, Turner was chief program officer for the Markle Foundation. He directed the Rework America Alliance program delivery and helped with the strategic direction. Previously, Turner served as director of education and development at Allison Transmission.
