Select Experts Quinton Stroud Senior Manager
Quinton Stroud is a senior manager on the Field Implementation Team at JFF. In that role, he designs and leads cross-sector initiatives that help leaders of postsecondary and workforce systems translate strategy into practice, strengthening pathways, partnerships, and learning ecosystems so more learners can access quality education and employment opportunities.
His skills and areas of expertise include:

- Learning experience and community of practice design
- Cross-sector convening and network leadership
- Strategy translation and implementation design
- Innovation and foresight integration
Before joining JFF, Stroud served as policy and advocacy officer at Atlanta Public Schools, where he supported the office of the ombudsman by helping families, educators, and community stakeholders navigate the complexities of the district.

- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, Florida A&M University
- Master’s degree in education, culture, and society, University of Pennsylvania
- Ph.D. in educational policy studies, Indiana University
