Molly Blankenship is associate vice president of Strategy & Impact at JFF, where she leads enterprise-wide growth partnerships and strategic initiatives that advance the organization’s mission, including the landmark American Job Quality Study, the first survey of its kind assessing job quality in the United States.

Her areas of expertise include:

  • Job quality and economic mobility
  • Strategic communications and narrative change
  • Employer engagement and education–business alignment
  • Place-based and state-level workforce strategy
  • Cross-sector systems change

Before joining JFF, Molly served as head of people at U.S. Xpress Logistics and as executive director of Chattanooga 2.0, a nonprofit dedicated to enhancing economic opportunity in the Chattanooga area. She was recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree for her leadership in education and workforce systems change.
