Jennifer Sanders is a director in Solutions Design & Delivery at JFF, working with the Center for Justice & Economic Advancement. With a wealth of experience in education and workforce development in corrections, she supports JFF programs that serve people with records of incarceration.

Before joining JFF, Sanders served as the school superintendent of the Ohio Central School System, Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, where she led efforts to ensure that the students in that system receive a 21st-century education and workforce development services. She led a team that oversaw the deployment of a wireless internet network for students across correctional facilities, built a hybrid education model for the corrections system, expanded college programs in all Ohio correctional facilities, and created career education opportunities for students.
