JFF Senior Director Deborah Kobes was featured in an article about apprenticeship in North Carolina published in the Open Campus network’s digital hub, Work Shift. The article notes that apprenticeship has been revitalized in North Carolina since management of apprenticeship programs shifted from the state’s commerce department to the community college system four years ago.
