It should come as no surprise that planning is one of the essential components to designing, implementing, and continuously improving early college and career pathway programs. Plans provide an opportunity and framework to establish benchmarks and goals.
Planning teams as part of the Middle College National Consortium at Ypsilanti Community Schools in Michigan did a robust annual planning process. Different work teams each created annual plans around several topics, which we have provided here to help with any brainstorming.
