Following the Academy, tools, activities, best practices, and case studies developed during the program were compiled into the Job Quality Starter Guide and presented during the webinar “Job Quality Academy Starter Guide—Part 1,” hosted by the U.S. Department of Labor and JFF.

Practices & Centers Topics

The webinar and guide offer dynamic tools and tips for state and local workforce boards, workforce development organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders and partners looking to implement quality job initiatives in their communities.

  • Apply quality jobs terminology, corresponding principles, and frameworks that resonate across the field
  • Develop a core group of committed stakeholders
  • Activate planning tools that guide your team from ideation to action
  • Provide thorough case examples from the inaugural Job Quality Academy and beyond
