Learn how to engage employers in implementing more equitable hiring and talent management practices with the Activator Training Program.

Developed for change leaders, business advisors, and workforce specialists, the Activator Training Program provides guidance to help employers understand the business benefits and social impact of using skills-based practices to hire, retain, and develop staff.

Delivered via instructor-led online workshops and a self-paced online course, the training can be completed remotely and is provided free through the Rework America Alliance.
