Practices & Centers

Developed for change leaders, business advisors, and workforce specialists, the Activator Training Program provides guidance to help employers understand the business benefits and social impact of using skills-based practices to hire, retain, and develop staff.

Delivered via instructor-led online workshops and a self-paced online course, the training can be completed remotely and is provided free through the Rework America Alliance.

The Activator program is suitable for people advising employers on business development, hiring, human resources, and equity and inclusion.
