Space Age Skills: Apprenticeships Explored

Companies exploring new frontiers need workers who can adapt to constant change and innovation. Leading-edge organizations in a range of industries—including advanced manufacturing, IT, green energy, agriculture, and more—are increasingly turning to apprenticeship to recruit, train, and onboard the talent they need to keep pace with the latest technological breakthroughs.

This is especially true of the innovative organizations that are involved in the quest to tap the potential and unravel the mysteries of the final frontier: space. Apprenticeship could be the answer for companies competing to fill jobs that require the specialized skills necessary to achieve technologically complex goals like landing on the moon or deploying communications satellites.
