To that end, she provides research and analysis to Jobs to Careers, an initiative dedicated to advancing the skills and careers of frontline health care workers through work-based learning, and Breaking Through, enabling adults with little education to prepare for and succeed in college technical programs.

Before joining JFF, Ms. Sheen was executive assistant in the Technical Publications department at O'Reilly & Associates. She also served as an administrative assistant at New England Baptist Hospital and as an executive assistant with Renaissance Worldwide, Inc.

Ms. Sheen currently attends Northeastern University.
