Jordan Baah-Sackey is a manager in Solutions Design & Delivery at JFF. She focuses on implementing change within education systems by engaging high schools, higher education, and cross-sector partners to develop innovative pathways that directly support student success.

- K-12 to postsecondary transitions
- Stakeholder management and engagement
Before joining JFF, Baah-Sackey worked in college access at Michigan College Access Network, supporting a variety of high school and network programming to improve attainment rates in the state.
