At a Glance

Our rapidly changing economy demands a renewed national focus on building talent to help Americans secure family-supporting careers. In order to meet the coming challenge, our education and workforce systems must be reformed. However these reforms can only be brought to scale by both the Federal government and state governments working in concert. This proposal outlines what reforms are needed, and how the Federal and State governments can work together in this effort.
