For states to achieve an equitable economic recovery, they must make education and workforce systems more relevant and responsive to the needs of workers, learners, and businesses. These state policy briefs examine three key strategies for unleashing innovation and bringing to scale evidence-based approaches to education and skills development. Other briefs that are a part of JFF’s State Policy Road Map for an Equitable Economic Recovery focus on helping all people rebound and advance and revitalizing regional economies inclusively.
