Myriam Sullivan, a director in JFF’s Center for Apprenticeship and Work-based Learning, was quoted in a Training Industry article about what needs to be done to increase the number of women of color in the tech industry.

“Partnership is key,” she told Training Industry, explaining that tech employers that say they’re committed to hiring more women of color should work with nonprofits, training providers, and community colleges to design tech training programs for people from groups that are underrepresented in the IT industry.
