Sandra Jadotte is an executive assistant at Jobs for the Future (JFF). In this role, she provides support to the Education practice, which works to advance the organization’s demand-driven strategies by identifying, cultivating, and engaging sector-based partnerships and bridging the relationship between employers, community-based partners, and policymakers. Prior to joining JFF, Sandra worked for a DC-based immigration law firm, Pederson & Freedman, LLP, playing a key role in supporting lead attorneys and helping families and visa holders obtain permanent legal residence in the United States.

Sandra attended St. John’s University, pursuing coursework in psychology. She is fluent in Creole and French.
