LaQuesha Foster is a director in Solutions Design and Delivery at JFF. She works in K-12, higher education, and intermediaries to enhance educational opportunities for students by working with state and regional partners. 

Her skills and areas of expertise include: 

• Dual enrollment, Early College High School, and P-TECHs  
• College and career navigation and advisement 
• Equitable access to college and career opportunities 
• Cross-sector partnerships and systems integration 

Before joining JFF, Foster was a dean at Dallas College, overseeing all dual credit students’ day-to-day operations and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to establish P-TECH programs at 16 high schools.
