Jennifer Anderson is vice president of people and culture at JFF. She works to ensure that JFF attracts, develops, and retains the talent we need to transform the U.S. workforce and education systems. She focuses on designing and implementing policies and programs that make JFF’s leaders and employees more effective, strengthening the organization’s culture in ways that prioritize learning, performance, and equity.

Before joining JFF, Anderson worked as a managing partner and chief talent officer at New Profit, building its talent recruiting and management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in history, Hobart and William Smith Colleges, Geneva, New York
  • Master’s degree in Latin American history at Cornell University, Ithaca, New York
