Select Experts Charlene Volk she/her Director

Charlene Volk is a director in the Incubation practice at JFFLabs. She focuses on learner success and oversees the MyPACE (My Pathway to Achieving Career Excellence) contract, part of the U.S. Department of Labor’s workforce training program, which transforms the lives of young people ages 16-24.

Her work combines technology, labor market information, and occupational assessments to provide student-centered career planning and exploration.

  • Qualitative and quantitative research

Before joining JFF, Volk was the implementation manager for Teaching With Primary Sources at Indiana University’s Center on Representative Government.
