JFF’s Laura Roberts in “Adapting L&D Programs for the Past, Present and Future”

Jobs for the Future Senior Director Laura Roberts was quoted in a Chief Learning Officer article about the need for employers to adapt their training and development programs in light of recent research indicating that offering quality learning and growth opportunities is key to employee retention.

“People are signaling satisfaction with their workplace with their feet. Having poor retention is a business problem,” Roberts says in the article, noting that one of the best ways to increase employee retention is to invest in employees and foster an organizational culture built on growth and training opportunities.
