In early 2018, we launched JFFLabs to provide a critical connection between traditional workforce and education systems and new technologies, innovative financing models, and forward-leaning entrepreneurs. At this moment in history—with the events of 2020 exposing economic and racial inequities that are fracturing the foundation of our nation—we feel that these connections are more important than ever.

As we prepare for a new year, a new presidential administration, and an opportunity to pursue bold new solutions, I am thrilled to announce that Kristina Francis is joining JFF’s leadership team as the new executive director of JFFLabs.

In a career that spans 20 years, Kristina has developed a breadth of expertise and insight while working with corporate leaders, tech entrepreneurs, and social impact investors. She will draw on all of her knowledge and experience to build on the innovative approaches that JFF is embracing to challenge the status quo and transform today’s education and workforce systems.
