Funded by the Joyce Foundation, the Great Lakes College and Career Pathways Partnership (GLCCPP) seeks to improve the educational and employment outcomes of residents in four Great Lakes regions:

  • Central Ohio/Greater Columbus, Ohio
  • Madison, Wisconsin
  • Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, Illinois
  • Rockford, Illinois

JFF supports these communities in scaling and sustaining a robust college and career pathways ecosystem by helping to develop critical capacity and systemic infrastructure—particularly at the postsecondary education and employer levels.

JFF also supports clarifying and strengthening industry-aligned secondary through postsecondary pathways designs, implementation, and improvement to ensure successful college and career outcomes for students with a focus on:

  1. Postsecondary engagement and pathways alignment
  2. Employer engagement and work-based learning
  3. Governance and infrastructure
