These collaboratives are a space for you and our corporate community to come together to learn, engage, share, and take action.

Each collaborative is unique. Participants choose the session that best suits their interests and needs. Everyone will have the opportunity to engage with peers to design and build new solutions that emphasize equity, put people at the center of business strategy, and create economic mobility for all.

Why Participate?

By joining these collaboratives, you will:

  • develop new ideas for supporting your corporate talent strategy;
  • connect with a network of like-minded professionals; and
  • learn from leading experts in the field

What kind of commitment is involved?

The time commitment is an estimated 8-10 hours over a two-month period.

To encourage participants to engage fully with all aspects of the program, activities will be divided between live sessions and interactive work.
