To drive and accelerate the expansion of Registered Apprenticeship in the advanced manufacturing, telecommunications, and energy/utilities sectors, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Apprenticeship selected JFF as a national apprenticeship intermediary.
Since 2016, JFF has enrolled more than 3,000 new apprentices in those sectors and worked closely with nearly 1,000 businesses, including Lockheed Martin, Panasonic, Tesla, Employbridge, and Hypertherm.
JFF works with local and national manufacturing businesses to develop and implement high-quality apprenticeship programs. We partner closely with businesses to identify their needs, provide financial support, and offer expert technical assistance to develop industry-driven apprenticeship programs.
