Experts from states, high schools and colleges, and national organizations testing new approaches, such as transition courses, report on and offered their perspectives on how to ensure that all 12th graders are college and career ready. The brief is based on highlights of a November 2013 briefing JFF and the Community College Research Center held in Washington, DC. It frames the issue and solutions, details state and federal policy recommendations from experts, and includes further reading and resources.
