Global software company SAP has developed an innovative approach to corporate social responsibility. In order to maximize its impact and prepare the next generation of STEM professionals, SAP created education initiatives in major cities across North America between high schools, postsecondary institutions, local SAP offices, community-based organizations, and other key municipal stakeholders. These unique partnerships work collaboratively to innovate STEM education and prepare students for a range of future careers as STEM professionals and entrepreneurs. This report examines SAP’s promising model, identifying key principles and strategies related to successful partnership development and implementation.
