JFF Associate Vice President Lili Allen recently wrote an opinion column for Training Journal in which she discussed ways in which employers can help young workers advance at a time when the pandemic-driven economic turmoil has hit them especially hard.

“As we continue to navigate the road to a more equitable and inclusive economic recovery, employers have an immense responsibility to guide, support, and advocate for their struggling young employees,” she wrote. “We cannot allow a short-term economic downturn to derail the lifelong economic prospects of a generation of workers.”
