We see great potential to improve the life prospects of these young people through the Back on Track to College model.
The Greater Texas Foundation awarded the La Joya Independent School District’s College and Career Center a JFF grant of $100,000 to help more students get on a path to postsecondary education. JFF will bring its evidence-based Back on Track to College model to five programs across Texas that serve youth who have veered off track from the road to high school graduation.
