JFF’s Tameshia Bridges Mansfield in “Why Jobs for the Future Is Leaning Into Outcomes”

JFF Vice President for Workforce Innovation Tameshia Bridges Mansfield and Senior Innovation Officer Steve Yadzinski were quoted in a Forbes opinion column about JFF’s acquisition of EQOS, the nonprofit organization whose Education Quality Outcomes Standards framework establishes universal, independent measures of the quality of education and training programs.

In the column, written by EQOS Board Chair Michael Horn, Mansfield says having guidelines like those in the EQOS framework to assess the quality of training and education programs is essential to putting the country on the road to an equitable recovery. “We’re at a point where we can’t just blindly say any training is good training,” she said.
