JFF Vice President for Workforce Innovation Tameshia Bridges Mansfield recently delivered an in-person address at the City Club of Cleveland.
In a presentation titled “Preparing for the Jobs of Tomorrow,” she said, “People need not just skills, but systems and supports to help them maximize the skills that they have.”
The House Education and Labor Committee’s proposed bill recognizes the need for robust investment in our nation’s workforce system as well as significant resources for college access and success. JFF urges Congress to advance this legislation for a strong national recovery.
Her work will position us to both set an ambitious vision for the advancement of talent in the workforce
