JFF Vice President Michael Collins was quoted in a Computerworld article about efforts employers in the tech sector are making to recruit and hire Black IT professionals.
Commenting on the lack of diversity in the IT workforce, Collins said, “It’s not solely a technical problem; it’s a social problem, it’s an access problem, it’s a career navigation problem. It’s about who gets opportunity, who gets exposed to the skills, who has access to broadband.”
