JFF CEO Maria Flynn in “Measuring Job Market Success”

In an article in the January 27 issue of his newsletter The Job, veteran higher education journalist Paul Fain discusses JFF’s acquisition of the Educational Quality Outcomes Standards Board (EQOS), a nonprofit that establishes independent measures of the quality of education and training programs.

In the article, JFF President and CEO Maria Flynn says the accessibility of the EQOS standards makes them useful for learners and employers who are trying to navigate the crowded education and training marketplace and identify high-quality career-focused programs.

This is important, she says, because “all of us are having trouble as we navigate the [1 million] credentials out there.”
