A article by the Society for Human Resource Management highlights an exciting initiative, spearheaded by Social Policy Research Associates, to build pathways for people with disabilities to participate in existing apprenticeship programs.

JFF is a proud partner in this initiative, and senior adviser Eric Seleznow is quoted in the piece: "Given the tightening labor market and need for skilled workers, we hope to advance entry into high-quality apprenticeships for people with disabilities to provide increased economic opportunity for these workers and to provide employers with the skilled workers they need."
