
Joehen Andrè is a junior graphic designer at Jobs for the Future. In that role, he works with the marketing and communications teams on the development of various types of creative content, including publications, reports, policy briefs, infographics, social media graphics, email and landing page content, events collateral, and more.

Before joining JFF, Joehen served as the communications specialist at the Church of the Sanctified: Living Water Ministries in Columbus, Ohio. There, he managed multiple social media platforms, designed flyers and logos, and posted weekly announcements. This role was part of larger leadership role he had as a member of the board of the church’s youth group committee, which was involved in planning, organizing, serving, and counseling young people between the ages of 13 and 21 who are members of the church’s youth group.
He also freelanced as a graphic designer, working with clients to help them create logos, flyers, business cards, and wall canvas art.
Joehen says that he is passionate about JFF’s mission to drive economic advancement for all and is eager to make an impact in his role.
He has a bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University. During his academic career, he managed studio art courses, led group projects, and produced artwork for student exhibitions.
Joehen is Haitian American and loves spending time with his family whenever he gets a chance. He also makes digital art, binge-watches TV shows, and plays video games. An active member in his church, Joehen volunteers with leading the children’s ministry and plays the tenor saxophone at Sunday morning and Sunday night services.
