Shanna Jirka is JFF’s financial analyst, in charge of preparing financial analyses and budget forecasts to help its board and leadership make strategic management decisions about its resources. She also provides tools and services to help program staff manage their projects’ finances more efficiently.

Ms. Jirka has more than 10 years of accounting and analyst experience. Before JFF, she was the senior financial analyst at Health Dialog, a health care analytics provider. She also served as financial analyst and accounting manager for Sage Publications, a leading academic and educational publisher. 

Ms. Jirka has a Bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in finance from California State University–Northridge.
