Previously she was a school development coach for 10 years at the Center for Collaborative Education, helping school administrators develop and implement visions and classroom plans based around high expectations for all students. Other organizations include: Tufts University Sexual Violence Prevention Project, the Boston Higher Education Compact for Student Success, the Boston Globe Foundation (promoting professional development for teachers), and the Adult Literacy Resource Institute.
