Receptionist
Norma DeGraffenreid serves as JFF’s first point of contact with clients and the general public.
Before joining JFF, Ms. DeGraffenreid was a receptionist with the Massachusetts Corporation for Educational Telecommunications. She has also held a variety of administrative positions with the Liberty Mutual Insurance Group.
