Nichole Pike supports JFF's Early College Expansion team, which provides support to districts, small school developers, leaders, and teachers working to implement the leadership strategies and instructional techniques that lead to college readiness. She also manages the planning and delivery of the Academic Residencies and Summer Academies at one of JFF's partner K-12 schools, the University Park Campus School in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Before joining JFF, Ms. Pike was a key member of the marketing and development team at Special Olympics Massachusetts, where she provided support for state-level fundraising events and led the launch of the 2007 Law Enforcement Torch Run.

Ms. Pike graduated summa cum laude from Gordon College with a Bachelor’s in recreation and leisure studies and a minor in business administration.
