Marie-Josee Joubert manages projects and issues related to compensation, benefits, and employee relations at JFF. She brings 15 years of human resources experience to this all-important work.

Previously, as a human resources generalist for Tufts University, Ms. Joubert managed the recruitment efforts of more than 20 departments and coached managers on effective conflict resolution techniques. Ms. Joubert also worked as a human resources generalist for the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, managing numerous accounts and working closely with hiring managers and physicians. Her major accomplishments included the development and delivery of training modules for general and managerial staff and the creative handling of their compensation programs and job performance appraisal systems.

Ms. Joubert grew up in Haiti and is fluent in French and Creole. She emigrated to the United States as a college student and completed an Associate's degree from Newbury College and a B.S. in business administration with a focus in human resources from Bridgewater State College. She also has a Master's in human resources from Suffolk University.
