Holly Fitzgerald is dedicated to recruiting the finest talent to work at JFF. She has more than 25 years of human resources experience in the nonprofit sector.

Before coming to JFF, Ms. Fitzgerald was director of human resources at Central Boston Elder Services and senior human resources representative for Diversity and Inclusion at Tufts University. Previously, she was the employee relations manager at Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston, providing guidance and training to more than 5,000 employees. She also served as affirmative action officer at the medical center, co-founded its Diversity Committee, and developed and delivered training modules for substance abuse, sexual harassment, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
