Grace Ausick is a project manager for Jobs to Careers, an initiative dedicated to advancing the skills and careers of frontline health care workers through work-based learning. She also helps manage The Greenforce Initiative, a two-year community college project focusing on green job pathways, and the National Fund for Workforce Solutions, a funder collaborative that supports workforce development projects in 31 regions nationwide.

Before joining JFF, Ms. Ausick worked as an office assistant at the Registrar’s Office at Macalester College. She also interned with the Loft Literary Center, where she worked alongside authors at publication readings and lent support to several NPR radio events. She was one of two students chosen to serve on a committee hiring a full-time professor for her college, attending the American Historical Association to interview candidates.

Ms. Ausick holds a B.A. in English and history from Macalester College.
