
Gladys Yam
Grant and Budget Manager
Gladys Yam is JFF’s grant and budget manager, monitoring and analyzing the organization’s budget process and spending.
Before JFF, Ms. Yam was an accountant and senior manager at Ernst & Young where she coordinated complex initial public offering projects, evaluated financial analyses relating to company budgets and forecasts, and performed various audits of private and nonprofit organizations.
Ms. Yam holds two Master’s degrees: one in education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education; and one in accounting from the University of Waterloo, where she also earned a Bachelor’s in mathematics.
