Dudney Sylla is a project manager on JFF’s Early College Design Services team, helping school districts assess challenges and identify cost-effective school designs, practices, and professional development tailored to local needs.

Before joining JFF, Mr. Sylla coordinated outreach and events for the University of Washington’s Office of Minority Recruitment and Retention. He has also served as summer assistant director at a YMCA in northwest Washington State, supervising and supporting Leadership Directors in developing counselors-in-training; and assistant director of Residential Life at Bowdoin College in Maine.

Mr. Sylla has a Master’s in educational leadership and higher education policy from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s in sociology from Bowdoin College.
