
Carol Duong
Project/Research Associate
Carol Duong is a member of JFF’s Back on Track through Postsecondary Team, developing new postsecondary pathways for older youth who are either struggling to complete their high school education or out of school entirely.
Carol has 10 years’ experience spanning education, politics, and philanthropy. She has served as a research assistant at the Nellie Mae Education Foundation; policy fellow at the Mayor’s Office in Portland, Oregon; co-teacher for a summer leadership program; and volunteer ESL teacher in Vietnam for an organization that works to stop human trafficking.
Carol earned a Bachelor’s in women’s studies from Tufts University.
