In America, young men of color face numerous barriers to achieving higher education and gaining skills needed to succeed in the job market.

At Jobs for the Future, we believe the success of our youth is the cornerstone for our future. We make it our mission to ensure the success of all young people. In America, young men of color face numerous barriers to achieving higher education and gaining skills needed to succeed in the job market. President Obama recently launched the My Brother’s Keeper initiative to tackle these problems that systematically plague young men of color. JFF believes in President Obama’s initiative. For years our services and initiatives have assisted underserved and low-skilled youth and adults in attaining credentials with value in the labor market.
