Marlene Seltzer, who has led Jobs for the Future through a sustained period of tremendous growth, has announced her plans to retire.
“I’m confident that the timing is right for me personally and for JFF,” said Ms. Seltzer, who has served as JFF President and CEO since 2004. “I have had the great privilege to work with an outstanding team over the years and phenomenal partners in the field. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, JFF is well positioned to contribute next-generation solutions to the education and workforce challenges facing our communities, states, and country.”
Ms. Seltzer will stay on as President and CEO through the hiring of her successor. The search is being conducted by Phillips Oppenheim Associates.
