Veronica Buckwalter is a senior program manager, Building Economic Opportunity Group, at Jobs for the Future. She plays an important role in providing labor market analysis for both internal and external clients, which are used to help make better programmatic decisions around training programs, career pathways, and social investments. Ms. Buckwalter will also provide support to projects being implemented by other teams.
Ms. Buckwalter has nearly 10 years of experience within the public and education sectors as a program manager and director. Since March 2012, she has served as director of the Center for Industry Research and Workforce Alignment at Delaware Technical Community College in Dover, Delaware.
Ms. Buckwalter's extensive experience in the education sector, as well as workforce and economic development, are a reflection of her strong sense of civic responsibility and dedication to community growth and development. Her strengths include sector partnerships, policy development, data collection and analysis, data visualization, technical and expository writing, and public speaking. She received her bachelor’s degree in political science/international relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She received her masters of public administration from Pennsylvania State University. She is based in Wysox, Pennsylvania.
